Building Overview
Located in the Tribeca West Historic District, this is a premier luxury condominium completed in 2014. The building stands 11 stories tall and encompasses approximately 74,000 gross square feet. The structure is of reinforced concrete superstructure. Its exterior design is a modern interpretation of the neighborhood's industrial past, characterized by a grid of limestone and facade cladding panels.
Project Scope
EOC delivered specialized structural engineering services focused on the design, analysis, and detailed engineering of the steel sub-framing and anchorage systems required to support the building’s exterior cladding. Key deliverables included the preparation of a comprehensive set of construction drawings and connection details, bridging the gap between the primary building structure and the architectural envelope. This integrated design approach ensured seamless constructability and strict compliance with all relevant structural codes and load requirements.
