Project Scope

EOC team provided engineering services in connection with the evaluation and restoration of the building's parking garage. Services included detailed condition assessments of structural concrete elements, identification of deterioration and water-related distress, and development of a comprehensive garage restoration scope addressing observed deficiencies. EOC served as Engineer of Record, preparing construction documents and overseeing restoration work that included repairs to concrete slabs, beams, columns, and related structural components. EOC engineers performed construction inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications, supporting the safe and effective rehabilitation of the garage structure and extending its long-term service life.
